#1 Optimize Sleep Quality
“Yeah, right! I have a newborn and a toddler! What is sleep?!” Even if you are not able to get a solid night’s sleep, the quality of your sleep really matters. The most common causes of poor sleep quality are magnesium deficiency, food sensitivities, gut inflammation and adrenal fatigue.
